Audio translation starts with speech transcription
Before spoken content can be translated, the words in the recording must first be recognized. The Nujiz Audio Translator therefore performs two related tasks: it extracts a text transcription from the recording and then translates that text into the language you select.
The page displays the source transcription and translated text separately. This is useful because it lets you check whether an unexpected translation began with a speech-recognition mistake or with the translation stage itself.
Select the language you want to translate into
The tool provides target languages including Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Turkish. The selector controls the language of the translated result.
Names, product terminology, abbreviations and technical expressions deserve extra attention. Some should remain unchanged rather than being translated literally.
How to translate an audio recording
- Select the audio recording from your device.
- Choose the target language.
- Start the translation process.
- Wait for transcription and translation to complete.
- Compare the extracted source text with the translated result.
- Copy the translation or download the result as a TXT file.
Why you should review the original transcription
Translation depends partly on the transcription produced from the recording. If speech recognition incorrectly interprets a person's name, number or specialized term, that error can influence the translated sentence as well.
For important recordings, compare uncertain text with the original audio. Dates, amounts, addresses, names and technical terminology deserve particular attention.
Recording quality can affect the result
Clearly recorded speech normally gives the system a better starting point than heavy background noise or several people speaking over one another. Translation cannot reliably restore a word that was not recognized correctly during transcription.
Translation is not the same as transcription
Audio-to-text keeps the spoken content in written form without intentionally changing its language. Audio translation adds another stage by converting that transcription into a target language.
Translation is also different from summarization. A translator aims to carry the content into another language, while a summarizer intentionally reduces the amount of information.
When human review matters
AI translation is useful for understanding recordings and preparing drafts. When the material is legal, contractual, medical or otherwise high stakes, it should be checked by an appropriately qualified person before being relied upon as an official translation.
Privacy and processing
The recording is temporarily processed through Nujiz and the AI service used for transcription and translation. Consider the sensitivity of the recording before submitting private or confidential material.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see the original transcription?
Yes. The original extracted text and translated result are displayed separately.
Can I download the translation?
Yes. The result can be copied or downloaded as a TXT file.
What happens if speech recognition gets a word wrong?
The transcription error can affect the translation, which is why important names, numbers and terms should be checked against the recording.
Is AI translation a certified translation?
No. Official or high-stakes uses may require review or certification by an appropriately qualified human translator.
